  • BuyQuor tracks verified lines — not registrations or page views.
  • The public counter shows only verified lines.
  • Households are distinct from lines: one participant can represent multiple lines.

Quorum is defined as 10,000 verified wireless lines — where the participant has verified their email and the lines are in verified status.

Providers Compete

  • When Quorum is reached, BuyQuor enters the provider engagement phase.
  • BuyQuor intends to invite qualifying Canadian wireless providers to submit offers.
  • No specific carrier has been invited or agreed to participate yet.
  • BuyQuor is carrier-neutral — the best offer for consumers wins.
  • Evaluation criteria include price, plan quality, customer experience, and migration support.

BuyQuor does not guarantee that any carrier will participate or that any offer will be received. The negotiation phase is the intended next step when Quorum is reached.
